What This Role Actually Is

- 100% outbound sales — working a large, lead-rich database - High-volume calling — 80–100+ dials per day - Multi-touch sequencing — calls, texts, emails, follow-ups - Selling across multiple products, events, and price points - Balancing closing with account management and client experience - Starting as a hunter — building your pipeline through outbound activity - Evolving into a farmer as you develop long-term client relationships

What Success Looks Like

- Build a book of business through consistent outbound activity - Run deep, emotionally intelligent discovery conversations - Understand buyer psychology and create real leverage - Do not delay on objections — handle and move forward - Take clients on a journey — not transactional sales conversations - Stay resourceful in ambiguous situations and figure things out in real time - Maintain high activity and high-quality conversations simultaneously

The Reality of the Role

- You will be expected to make hundreds of calls per week - There are thousands of leads — it is your responsibility to work them - Success is not just dialing — it requires structured follow-up and sequencing - You must be comfortable operating with ambiguity and complexity - You are managing multiple conversations, systems, and client journeys at once

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in high-volume, high-ticket, or high-conversion sales - Proven ability to perform in outbound environments (80–100+ calls/day) - Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) - High emotional intelligence and communication skills - Resilience — not phased by rejection or pressure - Competitive, growth-oriented mindset - Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds - Passion for personal development and helping others succeed

Compensation & Earnings

- 3-month paid training ramp - Non-recoverable draw during training - 10–15% commission on cash collected - Bi-weekly commission payouts - Typical first-year earnings: $90K–$120K. Top performers exceed $200K+
