Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Team to design and develop creative event concepts for client proposals.
  • Translate creative ideas into practical, logistically sound event experiences.
  • Build detailed proposals and preliminary budgets to support the sales process.
  • Research venues, vendors, and local resources to support proposal development.
  • Obtain pricing and quotes from vendors and venues to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Participate in client calls as needed to gather information and refine proposal strategies.
  • Aid in presenting concepts and proposals to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.
  • Assist in onsite event execution when needed to ensure the proposed vision is delivered successfully.

Creative Development & Industry Insight

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging experiences, and innovative event concepts.
  • Contribute creative ideas that elevate client proposals and differentiate event experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate proposal outcomes and contribute recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence interacting with senior-level clients and internal leadership.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Viper or other event management systems is a plus.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside in the Greater Miami Area and have knowledge of the market.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrates creativity, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
