Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Team to design and develop creative event concepts for client proposals.
- Translate creative ideas into practical, logistically sound event experiences.
- Build detailed proposals and preliminary budgets to support the sales process.
- Research venues, vendors, and local resources to support proposal development.
- Obtain pricing and quotes from vendors and venues to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Participate in client calls as needed to gather information and refine proposal strategies.
- Aid in presenting concepts and proposals to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.
- Assist in onsite event execution when needed to ensure the proposed vision is delivered successfully.
Creative Development & Industry Insight
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging experiences, and innovative event concepts.
- Contribute creative ideas that elevate client proposals and differentiate event experiences.
- Continuously evaluate proposal outcomes and contribute recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confidence interacting with senior-level clients and internal leadership.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Viper or other event management systems is a plus.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in the Greater Miami Area and have knowledge of the market.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
