What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Event & Retail Marketing team
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Conduct field coaching, roleplays, and ongoing development
- Manage staffing, schedules, and event operations
- Track performance, lead quality, and appointment results
- Support team members in the field Wednesday through Sunday
What We're Looking For
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Home improvement industry experience preferred
- Experience in field marketing, retail marketing, lead generation, promotions, or canvassing preferred
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to travel throughout Michigan and work weekends as needed
