Event & Retail Marketing Representative

About the role

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Event & Retail Marketing Representatives. This position offers the opportunity to represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at various events throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, engaging homeowners and scheduling free in-home design consultations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, trade shows, and other local marketing events
• Showcase our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand while creating memorable customer experiences
• Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
• Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about our products and services
• Occasionally assist with new market launches and onboarding or training new team members

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including most evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally with promotional materials
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
