Event & Retail Marketing Representative

About the role

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Event & Retail Marketing Representatives. This position represents Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, trade shows, and other local marketing events throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

Responsibilities

• Showcase our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand while creating memorable customer experiences
• Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
• Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about our products and services
• Occasionally assist with new market launches and onboarding or training new team members

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and enjoy connecting with people
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including most evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation and can travel locally with promotional materials
• Comfortable standing for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
