About the role

Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Event & Retail Marketing Representatives to represent our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchens brands. You will engage with customers at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements, gaining hands‑on sales and marketing experience while contributing to a fast‑growing, industry‑leading company that values growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts' exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Create memorable experiences for customers to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Showcase the Jacuzzi and Skybrook Kitchen brands at exclusive retail partner locations, fostering meaningful customer interactions and qualified appointments.
• Engage potential customers through friendly, informative conversations and schedule sales appointments via consultative interactions.
• Support additional marketing initiatives, including follow‑up calls and lead nurturing.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and able to engage diverse audiences.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (retail sales experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to events with promotional materials.
• Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods.
