Event Resilience Officer - Temporary

About the role

Surefox North America Inc is a veteran-owned company dedicated to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce. We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Event Resilience Officers (EROs).

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Surefox and its clients.
• Ensure the safety and security of client employees and property.
• Perform tasks such as access control, employee and guest verification, customer service, active patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
• Keep detailed notes and compile incident reports.
• Provide top-tier customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Engage with a variety of individuals and ensure respectful interactions.

Requirements

• Eligible for employment within the United States.
• Aged 18 or older per state licensing guidelines.
• Current BSIS guard card.
• CPR/AED & First-Aid certification.
• Pass an extensive background check and drug screening.
• Customer service-oriented with professional communication skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate and use assigned equipment.
• Capable of standing for long periods and conducting foot patrols.

Desired Experience

• Previous security or security-related experience.
• Military background.
• Special events experience.
• Security or law enforcement experience.
• Writing statements and reports experience.
