Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of their business, and announce them to appropriate personnel.
- Retrieve messages from voicemail and email and forward them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when necessary.
- Answer questions about the organization and events, and provide address, directions, and other information via phone or email.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Kitchen throughout meal times and execute clean-up after the meals are over, ensuring the Kitchen is clean and fully restocked.
- Stock and organize kitchen and office supplies.
- Update information in the receptionist handbook and event information handbooks as needed.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer and internet skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and operation of a multiline phone system.
