Position Summary The Event Promotions Assistant will support promotional events by helping prepare event spaces, engage attendees, and present information about featured products and services. This is an active, people-oriented position suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with preparation and setup of promotional eventsOrganize tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and suppliesWelcome attendees and encourage positive engagementExplain featured products, services, and promotions to customersSupport promotional activities and event demonstrationsHelp distribute promotional materialsCollect customer feedback and observations during eventsAssist with event breakdown and organization of materials afterward Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalentEnergetic and professional personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable approaching and interacting with customersReliable and able to work effectively as part of a teamPrevious event, promotions, retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
