Event Planning Manager

About the role

The Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing events that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. This role oversees all aspects of event management, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, and on-site event execution.

• Oversight of all aspects of event management, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, and on-site event execution.
• Ensure successful delivery of events while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Candidates should be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Prefers two years hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program.
• Prefers candidate has completed PSS.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
