Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee vendor relationships and logistics
- Create and manage event documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event planning
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passion for creating memorable events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with event technology tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Knowledge of local venues and vendors
