About the Role
As an Event Operations Manager, you will lead your team from setup to breakdown, own the guest experience across every group event, and turn every booking into a reason for guests to return and bring more people.
Responsibilities
- Execute events from setup through breakdown, leading your team to deliver seamless, memorable group experiences
- Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, drive repeat bookings, and grow event revenue
- Train and develop event staff on hospitality standards, event flow, and high-volume execution
- Ensure event spaces, lanes, and attractions are set, staffed, and guest-ready before every event
- Manage event labor, track financial performance, and complete post-event reporting
- Stay active and visible during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons
Requirements
- 3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experience
- A track record of executing events that drive repeat business and guest satisfaction
- Experience managing and developing event staff in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Financial acumen including event profitability, labor scheduling, cost control, and upsell strategies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 plus commission.
