Event Marketing Specialist - Appointment Setter

About the role

Renewal by Andersen is seeking enthusiastic Event Marketing Specialist / Appointment Setters to represent our industry-leading brand at retail locations, community events, home shows, and local partnerships throughout the Springfield area.

Responsibilities

• Represent Renewal by Andersen at retail stores, community events, trade shows, and promotional venues
• Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about their home improvement goals
• Identify potential customer needs and schedule complimentary in-home consultations with our design consultants
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while professionally representing our brand
• Educate prospective customers on the value, beauty, durability, and energy efficiency of our premium window and door solutions
• Help generate quality leads that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• No home improvement experience is required

Pay

• $22 per hour plus uncapped weekly bonus opportunities
