Event Marketer

About the Role

Leaf Home is seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our event marketing team as a part-time Event Marketer. You'll attend pre-scheduled events like trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings to generate leads for our local office by engaging with potential customers and demonstrating our award-winning products.

Responsibilities

• Attend assigned events to generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Exceed lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager
• Interact with potential customers using high-energy, positive engagement techniques
• Set up and tear down event displays (ability to lift up to 50 pounds)
• Capture and submit leads using a smartphone and company timekeeping application

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Self-motivated with a desire to educate customers about our products
• High energy and ability to stand for extended periods
• Smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour + Commission. Paid weekly every Friday. Compensation increases based on event performance.
