Event Marketer

About the Role

Join Erie Home, a leader in residential roofing solutions for decades, offering best-in-class, high-demand products. We provide exclusive, industry-leading roofing systems known for unmatched durability, energy efficiency, and curb appeal. As an Event Marketer, you will attend pre-scheduled events—such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events—to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of progress.
• Generate and capture leads for our award-winning products.
• Set up and tear down event materials (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Proficiency in using our proven system to generate qualified leads.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour + Commission. Paid weekly—every Friday! Compensation increases based on event performance.
