Event Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee all event activities, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Cook up with vendors, venue staff, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and contracts to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with the resort’s brand and guest expectations.
- Handle event setup, breakdown, and on-site management to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and grow the resort’s event portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of event management software and MS Office suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
