Event Manager

Location: Seattle, WA | Duration: 6+ months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is between $35.00/hr and $40.00/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Communicate complex concepts effectively through written and verbal communication
• Utilize project management tools and software (M365, AirTable, RainFocus, Cvent, Asana, etc.)
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data

Qualifications

• Events program management or experiential marketing experience preferred, but not mandatory
