You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and on a venue floor. You know how to manage up, across, and externally, and you bring energy and professionalism to every interaction.

  • Likely have 3–5 years of meeting planning experience, with association or non-profit experience strongly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree (required)
  • CMP certification (a plus, not a dealbreaker)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without losing the thread
