About the role
Are you customer-focused, hardworking, dependable, and a team player? The Event Houseperson is responsible for setting up, refreshing, and breaking down banquet rooms as instructed on the Banquet Event Order. Every function is different, so attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities
- Moving tables and chairs
- Vacuuming
- Setting up stages or dance floors
- Ensuring punctuality and reliability
This position requires lifting and/or pushing up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods of time.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends
- Must be able to move up to 50-75 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and breaks
- Variable schedule depending on operational needs
Pay
Hourly wage: $16.50
