Event Guest Services Representative - Soundwaves

About the role

Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events. The role involves continually exceeding guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience.

• Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL.
• Greet guests, scan tickets, and/or escort guests to their proper assigned seats.
• Acknowledge all guest-related issues and report them to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment while enforcing all HRL policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Employee must stand during the entire shift.
• Occasionally must walk on stairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk up and down bleacher steps.
• Work is primarily nights and weekends when shows are scheduled.

Pay

Pay rate $16.00 per hour.
