Event Gate Guard - Talladega Superspeedway
About the role
Talladega Superspeedway is NASCAR's Most Competitive venue, hosting two major NASCAR weekends annually. Gate Guards are responsible for managing entry and security during these events.
Responsibilities
- Open and close facility gates
- Greet all visitors entering the facility
- Request waivers from all visitors
- Ensure unauthorized access is prevented
- Communicate with Security Managers about track activity and property needs
Requirements
- High school diploma and related experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Work in all types of weather
Qualifications
- Event positions supporting the Security department during race weeks in April and October
