About the role

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and hosts a wide variety of concerts and specialty events. The Event Day Staffing Assistant ensures our locations are fully staffed so fans have the best experience. This hourly, seasonal, part-time position is ideal for those who enjoy operating high-volume events, working in food and beverage, and staffing great personnel for premier Denver events.

Candidates must be available for ALL Denver Broncos home games.

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $23 to $25.

Schedule

Scheduling is managed through the ReadyOn flex workforce app, where shifts will be available for selection. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.

• Sunday, December 6th
• Friday, December 25th

Responsibilities

• Performs event day operations including set up, employee check-in, post check-in reconciliations, incident reporting/coaching, and oversees employee checkout.
• Assists with the setup and operations of hiring fairs.
• Assists with the setup and operations of onboarding and orientation.
• Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary.
• Operates technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
• Must have availability for ALL Broncos home games.
