About the role

Join BallerTV at the Allen Texas Open Varsity Tournament 2026 in Allen, Texas. We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working in live sports production and want to be part of one of North Texas' premier high school volleyball tournaments.

If you value flexibility, excitement, and new technology, this role may be for you. As an independent contractor, you choose which events you accept, and outstanding contractors may have opportunities to work future BallerTV events throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and across Texas.

Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and transport event equipment, including cameras, tripods, and production gear.
Set up BallerTV's livestream production systems at assigned volleyball courts while working safely, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency.
Monitor video quality, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain communication with the BallerTV Operations team throughout the event.
Ensure every match streams successfully and get paid to watch live high school volleyball while helping athletes and families capture unforgettable moments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
Must be comfortable using iPhones and other iOS devices.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Must be able to multitask while paying close attention to detail.
Must be capable of lifting and moving production equipment throughout the day.

Qualifications

Experience with live event production, sports broadcasting, videography, photography, or customer service.
Interest in volleyball or other youth sports, including basketball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, or wrestling.
Valid driver's license and the ability to transport event equipment.
