Who We Need
- Receive, transport, and care for event equipment.
- Set up and break down BallerTV’s live streaming systems.
- Maintain live streams throughout the day.
- Monitor equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
- Communicate with the Operations Team.

- Execution: Set up BallerTV’s live streaming system.
- Monitor: Ensure reliable streaming and address issues.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Successfully completed a pre-event background check.
- Comfortable using iPhones and iOS devices.
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-first attitude.
Prior Experience
- Livestage production, broadcasting, sports, photography, videography, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Interest or experience in basketball, volleyball, wrestling, soccer, football, lacrosse, or other youth sports is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Benefits
- $18/hour.
- Shifts may start as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 11:00 PM.
- Tournament weekends often total 30+ hours of work.
- This is a part-time weekend contractor position.
- Events may begin as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 10:00 PM.
- Requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and lifting heavy equipment.
Pay
$18/hour.
Schedule
Part-time weekend contractor position.
Location
Manheim, PA for the first set of events; Portland, OR for the second set of events.
