About the Role

Responsibilities
- Document event client services with issue resolution, maintaining clear records of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain Strive Global Events role documentation with status tracking, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Reconcile case management with deadline management, keeping all parties informed and on track.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
- Review quality control with workflow management, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Requirements
- Confidently apply Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Customer Service principles in event-focused, client-focused, and services-focused scenarios.
- Ensure data accuracy while managing evidence and deadlines within the Event Client Services workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, maintaining clarity and traceability.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when relying on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
Qualifications
The role requires a strong understanding of event management and marketing, with a focus on corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. Pay
Base salary: $40,000-$60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
