About the role
The Event Client Services Coordinator operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on event client services coordination with an emphasis on service resolution, ensuring decisions reflect the specific demands of the event environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event client services with issue resolution, maintaining visible separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions. Each checkpoint must document source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and maintain global events role documentation with status tracking, ensuring traceability and clarity in the context of event management and marketing.
- Manage case documentation with deadline tracking, ensuring all actions are event-focused, client-focused, services-focused, and coordination-owned.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for event client services, ensuring all work is traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Customer Service tools within the event management and marketing environment.
- Strong data accuracy skills, ensuring evidence and deadlines are tracked without loss in a fast-paced workflow.
- Ability to document process compliance and issue escalation decisions clearly, maintaining reasoning within the event context.
- Judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine quality control, record management, and customer service, keeping all signals current to mark work as complete.
Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
