Job Summary

The Texas State Railroad is seeking energetic, reliable, and dedicated seasonal team members to operate as Train Attendants. The position involves boarding passengers, collecting tickets, providing historical knowledge, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Boarding passengers, collecting tickets
• Sharing knowledge of the region and its history
• Maintaining a safe environment for passengers
• Serving food and beverage orders
• Providing positive customer service

Qualifications

• High school education or GED
• Minimum 12 months job-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Pleasant personality, good hygiene and appearance, strong people skills
• High attention to detail in customer service
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays according to the train's event schedule and seasonal impact
