Event and Video Producer
About the Role
The Event and Video Producer positions are responsible for accurately quoting and budgeting events for our clients. They must understand the crew requirements, scheduling, and legality of every project. Video Producers must hire and vet subcontractors within budget and supervise the start and finish of all their projects.

Repertoire Productions is a full-service audiovisual production company serving San Francisco, San Jose, and the greater Bay Area. We provide immersive AV solutions for parties, live events, and productions as well as projection mapping, video production, audio support, multi-camera broadcasting, live streaming, webcasting, and video conferencing. Work Environment
We own a warehouse filled with millions of dollars of 4K and HD video equipment that captures stunning images. Cameras are placed on fluid-head tripods with skilled operators following the action of demanding presenters. Video is captured in ProRes media and sent to multi-camera switching solutions for live cut program record and live streaming. We also own Clear-Com communication systems that connect the entire technical department with zero delay.
Technical Capabilities
- Live event video services around the San Francisco Bay area, with operators flown to remote locations as well
- Support for overlays, multi-camera cuts, crisp audio, and full 1080 60p resolution and frame rate for live streams
- Content compression to fit within available venue bandwidth (recommend at least 10 Mbps upload speeds to start)
- TEDx talks, corporate events, and productions for live audiences of a few hundred to a few million
- Stage design and fabrication, event photography, projection mapping, audio support, multi-camera broadcasting, webcasting, and video conferencing
