Job Description
Assist the Event & Retail Manager to cost-effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, company-created events, and more.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Field coaching, training, and booth work
- Recruiting and interviewing
- Classroom training
- Teaching staff methodology, rebuttals, process, and procedures
- Managing the department calendar, negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors, and obtaining the best value for investments
- Overseeing participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships, and creating lead-generation opportunities based on established objectives
- Collaborating with partners within Renewal to drive results
- Communicating results and strategy with management
- Providing guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities
- Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events, and/or managing sales/retail teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
Pay
$47,843.00 - $74,157.00
