Responsibilities
- Lead event coordination with the HSM Customer Engagement team
- Oversee and execute all aspects of events to ensure customers have a world-class experience
- Create event overview presentations for Senior Leadership and communicate regular status updates with key internal stakeholders
- Cook up and manage event budgets, handle all billing and invoicing related to events, and deliver each event within the allocated budget
- Partner with the HSM Sales and Service team for key industry conferences to ensure HSM maintains a strong overall presence, and review and provide input on sponsorship agreements

- Coordinate with the Senior Manager of HSM Brand Strategy to develop unique event branding and marketing materials for specific events
- Coordinate with the Manager of HSM Communications on all pre- and post-event email communications

- Provide materials and support for ancillary conference events, including breakout sessions and customer dinners
- Document and track event details for future conferences

Experience
- 1+ years of experience in event and/or conference management with 500 attendees
- Experience with Corporate events preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry preferred
- Experience managing vendors and external agencies preferred
- Ability to travel to venue
