EVENING SHOP LEAD

About the role

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world—from the electrifying energy of EDC to the epic scale of Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway, iHeartRadio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. As the Evening Shop Lead at 4Wall, you’ll provide coordination, supervision, planning, and support for multiple departments responsible for the prep and quality control of entertainment event equipment. This role requires excellent organizational skills to ensure our shop team delivers the best customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, including prep and QC of entertainment event equipment.
• Manage and support shop team members to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee loading dock and warehouse operations.
• Direct, coach, mentor, and support team members.
• Maintain security, safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse employees.
• Previous experience with loading dock and warehouse operations.
• Understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging, and entertainment equipment (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to direct teams.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with scheduled hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
