Now hiring 2 RN Supervisors for our 3PM–11PM shift.
About the role
We’re looking for an experienced RN who can take the lead on the evening shift and keep nursing operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift
- Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through
- Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs
- Address resident and family concerns
- Review care plans and resident needs
- Respond to changes in condition and clinical issues
- Make sure the unit is properly staffed, organized, and supplied
- Work with nursing leadership to resolve problems and maintain quality care
Requirements
- Current NY RN license
- Long-term care/SNF experience preferred
- Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently
- Basic computer/documentation skills
Pay
$60–$63 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time: 5 days per week, 3PM–11PM, with rotating weekends; Part-Time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 3PM–11PM
