Position Summary and Responsibilities

We're hiring Bag Line Production Team Members (1st Shift) to help operate, monitor, and support our bagging/packaging production line safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.

  • Operate and support bag line equipment (baggers, sealers, conveyors, palletizers, etc.)
  • Load materials and supplies to keep the line running smoothly
  • Monitor product quality (weights, seals, labels, appearance) and report issues quickly
  • Perform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Pack, stack, and palletize product according to specifications
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S/housekeeping standards)
  • Follow all safety procedures and help promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
  • Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
  • Effectively use and read a tape measure.
  • Technical Capacity required. Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
  • Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to use hand tools.
  • Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.
  • Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
  • Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
  • Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
  • Able and willing to work overtime as needed.
