Evening Shift Production Associate

About the role

Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, and cutting. Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and ensure smooth production flow. Partner with supervisors to quickly resolve mechanical or material challenges. Opportunities for cross-training in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards in a clean, temperature-controlled environment
• Work efficiently and adapt to different shifts
• Perform mandatory overtime as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
