Evening Shift Production Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Associate to assemble windows using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. The role requires clear communication skills in English, both oral and written, to follow instructions and collaborate with team members. Cross-training across multiple departments is encouraged to add variety and increase earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products based on visual and written instructions.
• Operate tools and automated machinery safely and effectively.
• Work closely with supervisors to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Read instructions on screens to retrieve and deliver parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
