Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant CNA or PCA or DCA

We are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team at Morningside House of Spotsylvania, a leading memory care community in Fredericksburg, VA.

About the Role

Available shifts include full-time, part-time, or PRN/per diem.

Responsibilities

• Assists with resident care needs and comforts
• Assists or provides oral hygiene and mouth care
• Assists with bathing functions and dressing/undressing as necessary
• Records anomalies (e.g., bruises, cuts, rashes, swelling)
• Assists with nail care, shaving, and hair care
• Assists with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents
• Makes both occupied and unoccupied beds (as assigned)
• Checks residents frequently to ensure their personal care needs are met
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires a CNA licensure, PCA, or DCA certificate
