About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all building systems and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Oversee electrical and plumbing systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency repairs as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
