The Dining Room Server position offers the opportunity to deliver meals to residents and guests, providing a healthy meal and first‑class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely manner and according to schedule.
• Provide first‑class customer service to ensure a healthy, enjoyable dining experience.
• Work as part of the dietary team to maintain a smooth, efficient, and safe kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• Obtain a Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Compassion for and desire to work with seniors.
• Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
