Evening Server

About the role

Merrill Gardens at West Chester is currently accepting applications for Dining Room Server positions. These roles are available on various shifts including Morning: 7am - 3pm, Swing: 11am - 7pm, and Night: 3pm - 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities.
