About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Jackson, MS. The ideal candidate will have a high focus on customer service and possess exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how you reassure and inspire confidence through your interactions.
- Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Managing access control.
- Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Inspecting security equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
- Answering questions in person or by phone.
- Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns.
- Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Extensive screening process passed.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Basic phone & computer skills proficient.
- Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- State license if required.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $16.25, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees.
Schedule
Wednesday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm (40 hours per week).
