Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

About the role

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. They are a dedicated ABA company committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
• Part-Time: 10-30 hours/week
• Shift Options: Afternoon: 2:30pm-6:30pm & Weekend mornings, Evening: 5:30pm-7:30pm Mon-Thurs
• Location: Columbia, MD 21045 and surrounding area
