As an Evening Production Associate, you’ll perform a variety of tasks in a safety-focused environment. An experienced training team will teach you to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. This is a physical role requiring movement throughout the day to produce premium windows and doors.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
- Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out essential job functions and collaborate with your team
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday
Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
- Grip 65 lbs.
- Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
- Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- General experience with computers

Pay
$22 per hour ($20 base + $2 differential rate)
Schedule
Monday – Thursday with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday (2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM)
