Evening Lead Custodian - Training & Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Oversight of custodial staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Performance of janitorial tasks and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Coordination with the Custodial Supervisor regarding scheduling and training.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred.
• Ability to lead and guide custodial staff effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
