Evening Housekeeper

About the role

Quad is a global marketing experience company that uses a data‑driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to help clients improve marketing spend effectiveness. Quad is seeking a 3rd Shift Full‑Time Housekeeper for its Sussex, WI location. The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility according to Quad’s standards and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum facilities.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, break and lunch areas.
• Empty waste receptacles.
• Clean glass and mirrors.
• Check and refill all dispensers (paper, hygiene products, chemical goods).
• Use proper safeguards to alert others of potential hazards (e.g., warning signs and safety cones).
• Notify maintenance of repairs, relamping, heating, and ventilation issues.
• Clean carpets and floors; wax floors.
• Perform other miscellaneous janitorial and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with a professional carpet cleaner and/or floor buffer is a plus.
• Excellent attendance and safety record; satisfactory job performance in current position.
• Positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised while taking direction and coordinating tasks.
• Team player who can work effectively with others.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, or transport up to 15 pounds from a standing position.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work additional time and any shift when needed, including covering Quad/Care (Onsite) and Quad Medical as required.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 6 pm/7 pm – 2 am/3 am (3rd shift).
