Evening Custodian

Responsibilities

• Keeping resident areas, common spaces, and stairwells clean and organized
• Safely collecting and disposing of trash, recycling, medical, and hazardous waste
• Receiving, delivering, and storing supplies and equipment
• Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging toilets
• Assisting with maintenance projects and repairs
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and floor care machinery
• Removing snow and ice to ensure safety
• Participating in on-call rotation and responding to facility needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license
• 1-3 years custodial, maintenance, or floor care experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Enjoys hands-on, physical work and contributing to a caring environment
