Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and transferring
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, getting dressed, and taking medication
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor or charge nurse
- Monitor and report any incidents or accidents involving residents or staff
