Evening Babysitter for Two Children

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, background-checked babysitter for a recurring weekly schedule in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, NV. The role involves providing care for two children, ages 10 and 7, primarily while they sleep. Our oldest child is on the autism spectrum but is high-functioning; we are happy to provide any necessary information to ensure a comfortable experience for both you and our children.

Responsibilities

• Monitor children during late-evening shifts while they sleep.
• For earlier shifts (starting around 5 PM), ensure the children follow their bedtime routine.

This position does not involve driving, feeding, or bathing.

Schedule

• Three Tuesdays a month: 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Monday nights: 6:40 PM to 9:15 PM
• Some Wednesdays: 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

We are looking for a dependable individual who can commit to this as a standing weekly position, rather than one-off bookings.

Requirements

• Background check required.
• Open to college students or those newer to babysitting, as the role is straightforward and quiet.
• No pets are present in the home.
