Evaluation Specialist

About the role

The Evaluation Specialist will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive evaluations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of various programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations of programs and initiatives to assess their impact and recommend improvements.
• Develops and implements evaluation plans, including data collection methods and analysis techniques.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and feedback for evaluations.
• Prepares detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with relevant evaluation standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as evaluation studies, public policy, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in program evaluation or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
