About the role
The Evaluation Specialist will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive evaluations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of various programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conducts evaluations of programs and initiatives to assess their impact and recommend improvements.
- Develops and implements evaluation plans, including data collection methods and analysis techniques.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and feedback for evaluations.
- Prepares detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with relevant evaluation standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as evaluation studies, public policy, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in program evaluation or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications

Pay
