About the role
This role supports the fabrication department with various tasks and assembly's. It includes checking fit up of tank covers, working closely with Quality Control, assisting with inventory tracking for EVAC, performing pressurized air testing, and assisting with tank packaging for shipping. Additional assembly tasks are also expected.
Responsibilities
- Basic assembly and building of product
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Follow written procedural guidelines during the assembly process
- Proper use of power and manual tools
- Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torquing devices
- Support Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies
- Adhere to statutory or regulatory compliance obligations
- Support and adhere to Integrated Management System policies, procedures, and instructions
- Support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to two years of related experience
Qualifications
- Technical Capacity: Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory, good mechanical skills, knowledge of shop use of measuring devices, basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills
- Communication Proficiency: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Organization Skills: Time Management

Mon - Fri 6 AM - 2:30 PM, $17.25/hr
Pay
The anticipated wage scale for candidates who work in Springfield, MO is $17.25 per hour. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education.
