EUV Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a Staff or Principal level EUV Equipment Engineer to oversee and enhance the performance, reliability, and capability of EUV lithography systems. Key Responsibilities Include Owning equipment performance, reliability, and productivityLeading installations, upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiativesDriving scanner performance, defect reduction, contamination control, and recipe optimizationAnalyzing equipment data to improve overlay, focus, source performance, and overall healthProviding technical leadership through supplier management, collaboration, mentoring, and resolving complex issues Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering5+ years in semiconductor equipment or process engineeringExperience troubleshooting complex equipment and leading performance improvementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Include Experience with EUV or High-NA EUV lithography systemsExpertise in overlay, focus, imaging, defectivity, and performance optimizationKnowledge of automation, scripting, data analytics, and AI toolsUnderstanding of EUV-related facility infrastructure and AI-assisted analytics Additional benefits include: comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities.
